Some time ago, the large insurance company Wawanesa was in need of a new logo. I had the challenge and the pleasure of undertaking the project. After careful examination of their goals for the design and a thorough audit of their company and it’s aspirations, work got underway.

On our first run through, this design was presented and was an immediate hit. A consultant they had engaged from New York to help with the process said this was as good as anything they would have received from a firm in his city. The issue was quickly decided and the design moved forward.

The design has been in use from many years now and has served the company with distinction. It has easily adapted itself to all their materials and various media usages. It’s simplicity has been its strength as is usually the case with logos, and in particular for larger firms.
