Heatmaster SS manufactures the best outdoor furnaces available. They were concerned that their marketing materials were not reaching their intended audience. We looked closely together to assess where changes were needed and redesigned the package accordingly. All their marketing materials were audited and considered.
We were able to retain some existing elements but rebuilt most to be more clear and relevant to their customer base. Diagrams and illustrations were produced to clarify functions and capabilities. New web content was put in place, better web services to dealers implemented, and an email newsletter produced to reach existing and prospective customers.
The overall effect of the work has been to create a coordinated and consistent brand image that is more appealing to their target market. The development of new materials is much easier as the brand elements play out over various media.
